1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or provides false information.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

• Some roles and features require a paid subscription. Current pricing is shown in the application before you purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the interval you select until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time, and access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

3. SMS Terms

Providers Hub offers a text messaging program for account holders who opt in. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting, you agree to receive text messages from Providers Hub.

• Program description: account approval notices, subscription and payment reminders, license expiration alerts, and other service-related notifications.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies, based on your account activity.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us through the Support section of the Providers Hub application.
• Consent: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Carriers: message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or unverified professional or license information.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful communications, including spam.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or misuse directory data or other content from the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Directory Content and Accuracy

Directory listings are provided by users and by public DBHDS sources. While we work to keep information current, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing, and directory content is not professional, legal, or clinical advice. Always verify licensing and credentials directly with the provider and the appropriate licensing authority.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, and original content, is owned by Providers Hub and its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Providers Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
